Every feature of archtracks.com and of the ArchTracks tab in Revit, grouped by where you find it. Each one says briefly how it works and where it is. Features marked Bulgaria follow Bulgarian regulations and are shown to organisations set to Bulgaria; organisations set to International get RIBA stages and English templates instead.
Sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, or with a one-time link sent to your email. One person can be in several organisations (offices) with a different role in each, and has a separate “Personal projects” space.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything in the organisation: people and roles, Google Drive and Gmail, companies, deleting projects, archive, settings. |
| Office manager | Like an admin for projects (creates, archives, sees fees, quotes and contracts), without managing people; deletes only by request to the admin. |
| Project lead | Runs their own projects. A new project waits for approval by an admin or the office (until then it has no number and no drive). |
| Member | Sees the projects where they are on the team; their fees only for their own discipline (if fees are enabled for the role). |
A designer picks their disciplines (and up to 5 of their own). A company picks its type and name; an organisation is created and the person who registered is its admin. Registering from the English site sets the organisation to International.
Google, Microsoft (personal Outlook/Hotmail and Microsoft 365) or a one-time email link valid for 15 minutes. Accounts link by verified email, so you can use any of them.
The admin invites by email (link valid 14 days) or makes a QR code valid from 15 minutes to 7 days, with a role and optional approval. An invitation can also be accepted from a banner on the site.
Everyone has one or more disciplines (Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire safety, Energy…) plus their own, e.g. “Surveying”. A custom one becomes a discipline of the organisation, with its own row in the team and in fees. A member’s new discipline waits for the admin’s approval.
Top left: “All organisations”, each one separately, “Personal projects” and “Shared projects”. Numbering, categories, drives and notifications are separate for each organisation.
Bulgaria or International. The pack sets the project types and stages (Bulgarian regulations or the RIBA Plan of Work), the disciplines, VAT and the quote and contract templates.
Your own space that organisation admins do not see. Up to 3 projects without a personal plan.
Every list of consultants has “+ Add new…”: name, discipline, email. They get an invitation, and until they have an account, emails carry no content. “Test (no email)” is just a record, with no emails and no drive access.
No passwords; optional two-factor sign-in (authenticator app + 8 backup codes), attempt limits, hashed sessions, encrypted Google keys. Deleting the account needs email confirmation.
Quick buttons Active / Mine / Overdue / Within 7 days / Finished; filters by category and by designer; sorting by deadline, number, date and name. A “Needs attention” row with the counts of overdue, due soon, without deadline and waiting for approval.
The quick form is empty. The wizard goes step by step: details → categories with explanations → people and deadlines per category. “Save as template” keeps categories, stages and team for next time.
Admin and office: the project gets the next number and a shared Google Drive at once. Project lead: the project “Waits for approval” until an admin or the office approves it.
International: the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 (0 Strategic Definition … 7 Use) with types such as residential, commercial, extension, interiors, feasibility, survey and visualisation. Bulgaria: about 30 types in 6 groups following the Spatial Development Act. One project can have several categories.
Each category is a collapsible card with stages (To do / In progress / Done), a deadline for the category and for each stage, and a team per discipline. Each member also has their own stages and deadline.
A finished and fully paid project is archived automatically; the archive can be switched off. The admin deletes directly, the office requests deletion. A deleted project keeps its drive: it is renamed “[Deleted] …”, hidden and all sharing is removed.
An organisation without a company plan has up to 3 projects, a person without a personal plan up to 3 personal ones. Without a plan nothing is deleted. Demo projects do not count.
Import from a CSV spreadsheet, keeping your numbers. “Demo data” adds 8 made-up projects with fees and payments and removes them with one button.
The address keeps the project, tab and menu, so a refresh brings you back to the same place. There are no “Save” buttons: everything is saved about a second after a change.
The tabs are in three groups: Work, Documents and Money. Some are shown by role and discipline; admin, office and the project lead see everything.
| Tab | What is in it | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Information | Name, lead, deadline, categories with stages and team, notes with @mentions, “Your stages”, extra tasks, Google Drive card, client portal. | Everyone on the project |
| Timeline | A timeline by categories and stages with today’s date; rows collapse, filter by member. | Everyone on the project |
| History | Who changed what and when, including the summaries of Revit files. | Admin, office, lead |
| Documents | Three groups: Quotes and contracts, Input data, Design documentation (see section 4). | By role |
| Check | Procedure, Drawings and reports, Sheets (Revit), Zoning figures, Drawing markups. | By discipline |
| Revisions | A register of issues; Revit files become revisions automatically. | Everyone on the project |
| 3D model | The Revit model in the Autodesk viewer (3D views and sheets). | Architects, admin, office, lead |
| Fees | Contract with the client, payments, consultant fees, contracting company, accounting. | Roles allowed to see fees |
| Hours | Logged hours per member, hour budgets per discipline, cost against the fee. | Everyone their own; lead and admin all |
At the top of Information: the stages with a deadline that are yours, coloured when overdue. Updated at once after a change.
Small tasks inside the project with a title, priority, deadline and a “days left” chip from green to red. Seen only by the creator, the admin and the people added; the person added gets an email and can tick “Done”.
“@” in notes lists people (project members first). @Name notifies that person, @All the whole team. The notification opens the note and highlights it.
Everyone logs their own hours; each discipline has an hour budget with what is left and a coloured bar. The admin sets a €/h rate and sees the real €/h and the margin.
The tab has three collapsible groups in the order of the work. A closed group shows a summary, e.g. “2 quotes · 1 contract” or “3 of 7 documents · 4 missing”.
The document is filled in with the project and team data (client, address, area, contracting company, designers). When there are several values (two owners, two areas) you pick one. Editing makes a new revision with the same number (rev02…). Bulgaria also a design supervision contract.
Next to each document you see whether the client accepted it in the portal or sent comments (see section 7).
Reads the files in “Documents → Input data” on the drive, recognises each one (site plan, title deed, utility statements, permits…), renames it by content (572 - Site plan.pdf) and shows what is missing. Above 50% certainty a file is filed automatically, below that it stays in “Unrecognised” with a suggestion. An unknown document becomes a new category. The check can be paused and resumed. Key data (owners, document numbers and dates, plot, area, address) is collected in “Data from the documents”, with differences between documents shown.
If a scanned PDF holds two or more separate documents, AI splits them into separate files. The original goes to “Documents → Originals (split)”.
Fees → Client “fill from the documents” puts in the owners recognised by AI. The title block and the schedules take them too.
An A4 PDF from Revit with all doors, windows and curtain walls. On the site: Open, Download, “Review and corrections” (leaves, opening, description, title).
Every issue from Revit with date, who, how many sheets, the drive folder, a transmittal (PDF) and markups for each PDF.
A bill of quantities from the Revit model or by discipline with ready sections; every extraction is a new revision saved as .docx in the project’s Documents.
AI writes the report from a template and in the style of the office’s closest reports from a chosen Drive folder. The figures come from the model; missing values stay “[…]”. Each section can be fixed or rewritten.
The steps from the first meeting to the approval by the authority, only for the chosen categories. Everything ticked is kept.
What drawings, reports and schedules must contain, by category and phase, with scales and references. Points have a weight (critical, important, standard) and a percentage done.
Reads up to 15 PDFs from the “pdf for print” folder on the drive and ticks the points that are met.
The result of the drawing check in Revit: every sheet against the template for its type (site plan, floor, roof, section, elevation, details), with an explanation for each point.
Open a PDF from the drive and mark it up: a comment in place, cloud, rectangle, arrow, line, text. Each markup has a number, author and date; “✓ Done” ticks it. The client can mark up the latest published sheets from the portal.
The allowed values from the zoning plan (plot area, density, floor area ratio, green area, height, storeys) and the last measurement from the model.
A register of issues (number, date, stage, description, link). Revit files named No-DISCIPLINE-name-revXX.rvt in any folder of the drive become revisions automatically (“ARCH rev02”, “ELEC rev01”), with one sentence by Archi and the full list of changes. Numbering is separate for each designer.
Each revision: “Anyone with the link” (read only) or “Invited only”; the “client” tick shows it in the portal. Add manually “From Drive” only from folders you can write to.
Pick an .rvt from the drive; the site translates it through Autodesk and shows it in a viewer with 3D views and sheets. One model can be shown to the client in the portal.
View only: progress, stages, revisions, lead, optionally payments and one 3D model. The link is valid for 90 days (or 30 days, 1 year, no limit) and is changed or switched off in one click. The portal follows the client’s language.
With “Documents to accept” the client sees the latest revision of quotes and contracts as PDF and accepts them with their name or sends comments. Name, date, IP and a fingerprint of the PDF are recorded (a simple electronic signature under eIDAS). The lead and the author are notified.
With “Drawing markups” the client marks up the latest published sheets directly.
Area, price without VAT, VAT (or “No VAT”), up to 5 contracts per project with a “Total” table. “✨ Fill from the contract”: AI reads the files in the “Contracts” folder and fills in amounts, deadlines, client and contractor.
Advance, interim and final payments with due dates and “Paid on”; 30/40/30, 50/50 or your own split; cash; partial payments in parts. A payment request (PDF) and email to the client in their language, reminders before and after the due date.
For each discipline €/m² or a lump sum (the other is calculated), by category with an “All” sub-tab. A member sees and edits only their own row. “⤓ Export to PDF”.
Contracting companies with registration number (VAT check through VIES), IBAN, accountant and their own mailbox. “✉ Send to accounting” sends the chosen items; AI reads the replies, adds the invoice number and date and saves it on the drive.
Projects with a balance: what you owe consultants and what you expect from clients (and what is overdue), by project and by member. “Profitability”: contract, fees, what is left for the office, hours, labour cost, margin and €/hour.
CSV by due date or by payment date (net, VAT, total, invoice no.; partial payments as separate rows). CSV export of the project list too.
Enabled by role (office, lead, member) and separately for each person. The restriction also applies on the server.
How busy everyone is (number of projects, hours by month); people are grouped by discipline and a group collapses with a click.
International: 19 English templates by RIBA stage; Bulgaria: simple or detailed quotes for 29 categories. Mandatory parts are always in, ticks only for the optional ones. Automatic numbering (YYYY-001), prices and VAT calculated.
A contract (core + modules chosen by category), in English for International. A contract amendment with free-text points, numbered C-2026-005-A1. Bulgaria also design supervision with the designers per discipline and visits by stage.
“✎ Edit the text” above the preview: type directly in the finished document. “Save edits” saves into the same document and updates the PDF and DOCX; “Restore the template text” removes the edits.
A total price, by activity or per m² × area; payment 50/50, 50/30/20, 40/40/20 or your own up to 10 instalments, always adding up to 100%.
Attach site plans, deeds and briefs to a quote; “Extract data from the files” proposes name, plot, address and area. Bulgaria client details from the company register by number.
Every quote is a folder with PDF and DOCX. ✕ archives it (the number is never reused), “Update saved” makes a new revision. If the file on the drive differs from the quote, the title turns red with an “Align” button.
One button creates a project with the site name and categories, copies the quote to “Contracts” and the input data to “Documents/Input data”.
An image (sketch, Revit view, photo) becomes an architectural visualisation that keeps the geometry and the camera. The picture in the middle, the history (vN) on the right, settings in a floating panel. 12 tools: Exterior, Interior, Masterplan, Landscape, Plan, Furnish, Sketch, Style, Enhance, Upscale 4K, Idea (from text only) and Text from photo. Styles: photorealistic, CGI, archviz, sketch, watercolour, illustration. Manual camera (height and 8 directions), references, “✦ Improve the prompt”.
Edit (with text), Mark area (changes only the outlined part), Enhance, Upscale 4K, Another camera, Use as input, compare with the source (slider), like / dislike.
A short clip from a finished render: camera motion, 4/6/8/10 s, Fast 720p or Pro 1080p. The clip goes to the history and to “3D/AI renders” on the drive.
Several cameras of one building with the same materials, from a reference (a finished render or an outside photo). Made from Revit, with per-element materials.
Explains features and where they are (only those you can access), counts projects with exact statistics, searches active projects (and the archive if you ask). Attach files and photos in the chat.
Proposes a new project (name, categories, deadline, lead) or a project from a quote as a card, and creates it only after “Create”. It does not read fees, payments, other people’s projects or personal data.
The admin adds laws and ordinances by address or as text. Archi cites act, article and paragraph, and the server checks the citation; without a source the answer is marked “?”.
Members leave feedback with a section, type and a 1–5 rating and see its status and the admin’s answer. The admin filters, answers and copies the chosen items as text. Switched on by the admin.
“No – name” with folders Documents/Input data, Contracts, Disciplines/<discipline>, Architecture, Supervision. Rights by role: admin and office organisers, the lead full, architects full except “Contracts”, members read everything and write in their own folder. Renaming the project renames the drive.
Compares the rights the site expects with the real ones in Drive: missing, extra, too many. Missing access is added automatically, removal is manual with confirmation. Runs every Sunday at noon for active projects.
Everyone with the Architecture discipline gets “_Architecture_” (contributor) and “_REVIT_” (reader). The site only adds, never removes.
Shows the free space; under 5% new projects create their drive in the next connected account (from another Google Workspace).
Archive of finished projects in “_Archive_” with a check that copy = original; hide finished drives with one button; link existing drives by number; check project ↔ drive links.
Every day after 01:00 a copy of the database to Google Drive (30 kept) and locally; a “Back up now” button; the Google connection is checked every 6 hours.
A bell on the site, email through the organisation’s Gmail, Telegram and push on the phone. A click opens the event and highlights it. Emails are in the recipient’s language.
For deadlines 7, 3 and 1 day before, on the day and when overdue; for stages too. Every morning around 08:00 one email with what is overdue and coming up, and payments for the admin.
Every project with a deadline has “+ Google Calendar” and “.ics”; the personal .ics subscription carries all your deadlines and is changed with “New link”.
A thin bar under the top bar shows what is running: saving, document check, archiving, Drive sync.
Ctrl+K or “/”: projects, people, documents, notes – only what you can access.
Installs from the browser (Safari → “Add to Home Screen”, Chrome → “Install”), no app store. A bottom menu with 4 sections + “More”.
Looks Monument (default) and Classic; theme Auto/Light/Dark; English or Bulgarian. The choice is personal.
Frequent questions, quick start, “What’s new” and an on-screen tour on first sign-in.
Every use of AI takes credits by its real cost: 1 credit = €0.005 of cost. Without credits AI does not start; if it fails, the credits are returned.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Personal: Lite / Plus / Studio | €25 / €43 / €104 per month | 1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000 credits a month, for personal projects only; yearly = 10 months. |
| Office | €69 per month | 5,000 credits, up to 3 architects and 5 more members (8 in total). |
| Enterprise 5 | €199 per month | 20,000 credits, up to 5 architects and 10 more members (15 in total). |

| Enterprise 25 | €999 per month | 110,000 credits, up to 25 architects and 45 more members (70 in total). |
| Extra seats | €39 / €9 | Architect +2,000 credits, other member +500 credits. |
| Credit pack | €130 | 10,000 credits for 3 months, used after the monthly ones. |
Render Fast 10, Pro 30 (in 4K 20 and 45), video 20 or 30 per second, Archi 3, Archi in Revit 5, drawing check 2 per sheet, document 1, Revit file summary 1.
In a company the monthly credits are split: 2/3 equally between architects and 1/3 between the others; packs are shared. What is left shows in the menu with your name.
Pay by card or bank transfer. “Payments” with receipts and “Credit use” by month, project and person.
On a computer the groups are on the left and their parts on the right, with search at the top. On a phone the groups are a list and each opens on its own screen.
Works in Revit 2021–2026. Installed once per computer without administrator rights, then it updates itself without closing Revit. It links to your site account with a code, no keys to copy, and follows your account language (English or Bulgarian). Buttons are shown by role and by the organisation’s country.
| Who | What they see on the ribbon |
|---|---|
| Admin | All buttons. |
| Office and architects | All except “Drawing check”. |
| Other disciplines | Also without “Door and window schedule” and “AI render”. “Archi chat” is for everyone. |
| Not linked | All, so the person can link the account. |
The site project is chosen once for the model (remembered on the computer) and the button shows its name. The “Project” window is also where the project’s Revit files are, and it stays open while you work. It opens by itself when Revit starts without a model and after the last model is closed. “Save” and “New revision” are also quick buttons on the panel.
A “Find project” field by number or name, across all companies you are in.
The .rvt files from the project drive, but everyone sees only their own folder: architects “Architecture”, consultants “Disciplines/<theirs>”, supervision its own. Admin, office and a lead without a discipline see all. Sorted by date or name.
Double-click or a button. With Google Drive for desktop the file opens straight from there (G:\Shared drives\…) and Drive syncs it. Otherwise it is downloaded locally and “Save” uploads it back.
Adds or updates a “Project information” sheet (AT-00) with data from the site (project, site, client, phase, categories, lead, deadline, designers, drive), what the file contains and what was added and changed per session. The model is saved as No-DISC-name-revXX.rvt and uploaded to your folder.
Same as “Save”, but as the next revXX (rev02 → rev03).
For a project without a Revit file: a template (.rte) from “_REVIT_ / TEMPLATES” or from the computer → name → the model is created with the “Project information” sheet, saved as …-rev01.rvt, opened and uploaded.
On “Save” and “New revision” Archi writes one sentence about what was done (“In short: walls and doors added on level 2”), with the full list of changes below. Costs 1 credit and only when something changed. Workshared models are saved with Synchronize with Central, and there these buttons are off.
Doors, windows and curtain walls on an A4 PDF: an outside elevation at 1:50 (doors with an opening plan), width, height, area, description, mark. Identical ones are one item with a count; a curtain wall is one item with frames around the glass, touching walls form one façade. “Isolate” and “Show all”. In the project’s language.
Collects quantities from the model (rooms and finishes, walls by structural layer, materials, doors and windows, roof, railings) and makes a bill of quantities on the site. Every extraction is a new revision.
The type → the fields not in the model → “Write the report with AI”. The figures come from the model; the result is a .docx in Documents and is edited on the site.
Calculates footprint, gross floor area, density, floor area ratio, height and storeys and compares them with the allowed values; what is over is red, with the remaining reserve.
Writes the site, the client (and all owners from the documents), the designer and the coordinating designers into the sheets’ title block, plus phase, project number, date and discipline. Everything can be corrected in the window before saving. “Add the parameters to the title block” creates the AT_ parameters.
Choose all, the selected ones, a print set or “New and changed” → PDF and/or DWG → each sheet “Number - Name”, optionally one combined PDF. It goes to “Documents → Published sheets → Issue-date-revXX” with a transmittal listing new, changed and removed sheets.
Every sheet is checked against the template for its type. From the model at once: scale, north, legend, schedules, title block, date, grids, tags, rooms, dimensions, levels, ±0.00, railings, parking. The rest is checked by AI from an image of the sheet. The result goes to the site (Check → Sheets) and to Revit: “AT_Check” parameters on the sheet, a “ArchTracks – Sheet check” schedule, a detailed “Check by point” schedule and an “Excel” button. “Stop” and “In the background” let you keep working.
A library of the office’s drafting views: search, preview, “Insert into the model” (a new drafting view), “Upload the view” from the current model with name, category and description. On the site the admin sorts and deletes.
Checks the names of sheets, views, families, levels, text and dimension types against the office’s rules (pattern, allowed only, or “does not contain”). Double-click selects the element.
From a point cloud in the model (.rcp/.rcs) or a file (.xyz/.pts) it recognises floors (levels), ceilings (heights), walls with their thickness, doors, windows and slabs; after a review in plan it draws real levels and walls marked “AT_Scan”, kept as revisions in the model.
Captures the active 3D view and renders it with the same settings as on the site (Exterior, Interior, Masterplan, Landscape, Plan, Sketch). A camera series with a reference, materials per element, Edit / Mark area, Enhance, 4K, Video. Renders and videos are kept in the project.
Write in English or Bulgarian (“How many doors are on Level 1?”, “Select the walls thicker than 30 cm”, “Put Concrete in the columns’ Comments”). Archi reads the model, selects and changes it with 28 tools; everything from one answer is one Ctrl+Z step. It always asks before deleting more than 10 or changing more than 200 elements. Attach a photo, PDF, Word or Excel.
All .rfa files from a shared drive (“_REVIT_”): search, a category tree, types and parameters, tags, download and load into the model. The site reads the files without Revit and syncs every 15 minutes. Switched on by the admin.
Compares the families in the model with the library (“Missing” / “Different”) and uploads the chosen ones in the background without stopping your work.
“Link / change account” (a code on the site; “Disconnect” also deletes the key on the server), “Check for updates”, “About the add-in” (version, site, help).
ArchTracks-Revit-Setup.exe from the site (close Revit first). The installer is not signed: on a Chrome warning choose “Keep”, on SmartScreen “More info → Run anyway”.
All add-in windows use the Monument style: the site’s fonts and icons, forest green on Revit’s light theme and sand on the dark one.
No feature with these words.
